December 14, 2023 - What is a DiagnoSTIQ?
This manufacturing diagnostic involves assessing the operational and management processes of manufacturing SMEs. It was developed by STIQ consultants, drawing on their extensive expertise gained from carrying out over 600 company assessments over the past twenty years in a wide range of sectors.
How does DiagnoSTIQ work?
The first step is to complete a 500-question questionnaire covering a range of topics.
Two STIQ consultants will visit the site to tour the facilities and interview key executives. Your assessment will include a checklist of over 250 points covering a variety of topics.
A confidential evaluation report will then be drawn up based on the observations made at the plant and the responses obtained. This report will outline the strengths and weaknesses observed, and make suggestions for improvement in line with the observations and business priorities expressed by the company. DiagnoSTIQ results are compared with those of similar companies. This enables you to obtain your company's position within the manufacturing sector.
How do you apply?
To receive a free diagnoSTIQ, you must be a Quebec manufacturer wishing to position itself as a supplier of alternative products that promote innovation and decarbonization, and strengthen Quebec's supply chain.
