Dinner meeting on pricing policies - February 25 

On February 25, the AIEQ held a dinner meeting with Benjamin Bélair, Quebec's delegate in Washington, and William Philippon, advisor to the MEIE, to discuss the impact of U.S. tariff policies on the electricity industry.

At a time when the United States is pursuing a trade strategy marked by ultra-protectionism, the discussions provided a clearer picture of the challenges ahead: rising tariffs, political uncertainties, legal and economic risks.

Our guests also stressed the importance of strategic dialogue and Québec's active presence on the international stage to anticipate risks and seize opportunities.
